A credit card scam can come in many forms. For example, scammers may use spyware or some other scam to obtain your credit card details. A scammer might steal or trick you into telling them your security code (the three or four digit code on your card) and then make purchases over the internet or the telephone. If they know your PIN, they could get cash advances from an ATM using a ‘cloned’ credit card (where your details have been copied onto the magnetic strip of another card).

Of course, there is also a danger of someone using your credit card if it has been physically lost or stolen.

Warning signs

There are transactions listed in your credit card statement that you don’t understand.

You have given your credit card details to someone you now suspect may not be trustworthy (perhaps over the internet).

You have lost your card.

You have kept your security information (eg your PIN or the access code on your card) written down somewhere near your card and you find that it is missing

Drop me a comment if you have further thoughts!
Cheers!
Patrick

Buy traffic - This is one of the fastest ways to deliver tons and tons of traffic to your website within the next 24 hours. Knowing where to buy your web traffic isn’t always easy – You could save a lot of money if you are able to do it right.

One of the important things to note here is that do not settle for hits if you intend to this method.

What do I mean by that?
There are many web owners who have paid their hard earned cash for visitors, but seeing no activity except for the hit counters. Often these -so called visitors are nothing but automated traffic, often are from autosurfs. In other words, it means that the number of hits was generated from a computer programme script instead of from real visitor.

When you buy visitors, always start with a small amount. After that, you should start to evaluate whether it is successful.

A few things you may like to consider whether the traffic is received automatically or with actual visitors. One of the ways is to find out the origin of visitors, while the other way is to check whether there are any site activities.

Buying traffic must be carefully monitored as it involves your hard earned cash. You will know whether your money is worth of by measuring through the cost vs reward.

Considering these factors below will certainly help you to make a better decision whether to continue to buy more visitors. If you are satisfied with the results - or if they at least make you a profit – you should keep it up. If not, try buying your visitors from somewhere else. There are a lot of companies offering such services to you in the internet.

Different website traffic brokers have different ways of delivering your traffic with various charges. Some of them are:

Advertising - Contextual
Contextual advertising is a great way of finding interested visitors for your keyword/key phrase although it could be expensive. It is generally for targeted visitors and these groups of visitors will normally willing to buy and be converted to buyers

On the other hand, you might not need contextual ads if you do not have a specific action in mind for the visitors you are buying,

Advertisement - Non-targeted visitors
This is usually a very cheap way to generate website traffic. This is often sold in large quantities.

For some websites, these kinds of visitors could possible convert surprisingly well. The need for evaluation is important if you buy visitors in bulk. You should look out for shady extensions on the referring pages; otherwise you might be paying for hits instead of visitors.

Hits instead of visitors
I have trying to stress on this area. If a product offered to you is described in a way that they are able to generate lots and lots of hits to your website, be careful about it. This could means that the traffic received will be of very poor quality. Often this type of traffic can be generated for free. You are probably being overcharged if you are paying for it. You might be surprise that some web owner do take up the offer as they are not fully aware between hits and unique visitors.

If you intend to buy visitors, my advise is to start out small. If a deal sounds to be too good to be true, you should more careful about it.

Drop me a comment if you have more thoughts!
